With the engine out, first up is a lightened flywheel from Nichols. We made this change pretty early on with the M750 and the difference was incredible...very noticible freeing up of existing horsepower, torque, and increased engine braking. I can't recommend doing this highly enough.
The stock flywheel weighs more than 4 pounds. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the Nichols flywheel weighs around 9 ounces!
