We picked up the frame today, and I can't tell you how happy I am with it. The finish is simply incredible!
Frame was blasted, powder coated and then painted. I kid you not, this thing looks like it's come straight from the factory. If you ever need any painting/powder coating done...take it to Brooklands Auto Body in Dalkeith and ask for Rae. Never a better paint job have I ever seen!
The engine bolts on the stock Monsters are notoriously crap, so out they go and in come a set from Nichols. These bolts are hopefully going to significantly stiffen the chassis, improving the handling. Either that or they're going to kill me. These were not the easiest things to install, requiring some drilling of both the frame and the engine block.
